Client challenge

A market-leading Prime sought to develop a new user interface for their electronic warfare (EW) system. The goal was to create an intuitive, operator-friendly interface that would enhance operational efficiency and situational awareness against a range of CONOPS.

Our approach

Force Effect worked closely with a leading consultancy firm and provided input to technical workshops and market research to support a Discovery phase in line with the Agile Delivery Service Manual.

Key outcomes

The Client gained valuable market insight which contributed to the development of a roadmap towards Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This work demonstrated how Force Effect can support larger consultancies with technical SQEP and highly relevant domain insight.
